During my week at the Riviera in Baku, every detail exceeded my high expectations. The staff's impeccable service and fluency in three languages made me feel welcomed and cared for from the moment I arrived. The spacious suite not only boasted a breathtaking view of the Caspian Sea but also provided a peaceful retreat with its cozy atmosphere and reliable internet connection, perfect for both work and relaxation. The restaurant's diverse culinary offerings, blending local and European cuisines, were a delightful surprise, ensuring each meal was a culinary adventure. The availability of a rental car within a hour of my request showcased the hotel's efficiency and commitment to guest satisfaction. Riviera truly felt like a second home, where every need was anticipated and met seamlessly, leaving me longing to return and experience its charm once again.
